NimbleGen is now offering arrays and services for comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) for Zebrafish based on the most recent UCSC build (Zv6, March 2006). This single array design features 385,000 probes tiling the entire genome with an median probe spacing of 3.52Kb to provide high-resolution mapping of copy-number variants, amplifications, deletions and unbalanced translocations. The probes are designed using NimbleGen's isothermal probe technology, where probes are selected based on melting temperature rather than length to ensure uniform hybridization behavior.
Accessing NimbleGen
CGH is simple: Either order NimbleGen arrays for delivery and use in your own research lab, or send us samples and we will provide full CGH services and send you back the experimental results. Either way, you receive high-resolution, high-sensitivity mapping of copy-number changes. See the CGH section to learn more about NimbleGen CGH products and services.

NimbleGen is launching a new whole-genome expression array for Zebrafish based on the most recent UCSC Zv6 build. The array will feature 385,000 60-mer probes for high-sensitivity gene expression analysis. The array design is optimized for differential gene expression of known and predicted genes, encompassing up to 38,000 genes. The NimbleGen Zebrafish design is anticipated to be available for delivery or array service by March 1, 2007.
