The Certified CGH Workflow

NimbleGen CSPs will be trained on an array application workflow[s], such as the one portrayed on the left for CGH, which uses a dual-color DNA labeling protocol. After training, service providers will be certified on the workflow to ensure optimal results are met.

NimbleGen One-Color DNA Labeling Protocol:

• Gene Expression

The Certified Sequence Capture Workflow

NimbleGen CSPs for Sequence Capture will be trained on the workflow portrayed on the left. After training, service providers will be certified on the workflow to ensure optimal results are met. Note that Sequence Capture uses a different workflow than the standard NimbleGen array applications. Most notably, the captured material eluted from the array is sequenced; thus labeling, array drying, and scanning are not necessary.
