Automate SeqCap EZ Exome and SeqCap EZ Choice
Roche NimbleGen and Caliper Life Sciences have developed optimized automation protocols for the SeqCap EZ Library solution-based capture method on the Sciclone NGS Workstation. The methods are compatible with both SeqCap EZ Exome and SeqCap EZ Choice and allow users to scale-up their target enrichment studies in generating up to 288 enriched libraries per week.
SeqCap EZ Library is a liquid-based enrichment technology, which enables the targeted capture for subsequent sequencing of the exome or a targeted subset of genes. SeqCap EZ Library is compatible with Illumina and 454 sequencing chemistries and with the addition of the Caliper Sciclone NGS Workstation, now provides a comprehensive high-throughput target enrichment solution.
