SignalMap™

SignalMap™ software is a tool that enables you to visualize Roche NimbleGen array data. SignalMap uses GFF files as an input and provides the capability to handle large data sets for graphically-based browsing, rescaling, analysis, and export of graphical files for publication. It provides the ability to:

• Import one or more GFF files. There are no size limitations other than the memory available in your computer.
• Visualize tracks of data organized into panes and tracks.
• Easily see peak correlations between your data and annotation tracks using Zoom tools and “Go to” commands.
• Click on a point on the gene track to link to a Web site with detailed information on the selected gene.
• Export a subset of your data. Print and export screen captures.
