NimbleScan™

NimbleScan is a proprietary NimbleGen software package designed for:

• accurate, automated placement of a design-specific grid on NimbleGen array images
• extraction of the corresponding feature intensity raw values
• linkage of the raw intensity values with the corresponding probe description parameters
• generation of analysis reports for expression, ChIP-chip and resequencing arrays
