SignalMap software is a tool that enables you to visualize NimbleGen array data. SignalMap uses GFF files as an input and provides the capability to handle large data sets for graphically-based browsing, rescaling, analysis, and export of graphical files for publication. It provides the ability to:

• Import one or more GFF files. There are no size limitations other than the memory available in your computer.
• Visualize tracks of data organized into panes and tracks.
• Easily see peak correlations between your data and annotation tracks using Zoom tools and “Go to” commands.
• Click on a point on the gene track to link to a Web site with detailed information on the selected gene.
• Export a subset of your data. Print and export screen captures.

What’s New in NimbleScan v2.5?

NimbleScan v2.5 Software introduces a number of new features and benefits designed to enhance the user experience when performing data analysis using NimbleGen microarrays. Key features include the following:

• A new Experimental Metrics Report that provides a set of metrics that can be used to evaluate the quality of signals and thereby establish guidelines for determining the quality of the data.
• Application-specific feature enhancements such as integration of the spatial correction algorithm for CGH, ChIP-chip and Methylation analyses.
• User interface enhancements that include new keyboard shortcuts for editing and saving images quickly, ability to display a filter list of images that have not been gridded as well as the ability of the software to automatically analyze memory availability and adjust heap space allocation for image analysis.
• NimbleScan v2.5 software installer offers options to install the software either as a fully licensed version or as a free, 30-day trial version.
