Human DNA Methylation Targeted Arrays
Promoter Plus CpG Island arrays cover the annotated CpG islands as well as the promoters of the well characterized RefSeq genes derived from the UCSC RefFlat files. The Promoter Plus 385K CpG Island is a single array design. 385K Non-Coding RNA Promoter Arrays interrogate promoters of non-coding RNAs. In addition we offer two 385K Human designs that target ENCODE regions: the 385K ENCODE HG18 Targeted Tiling Array and the 385K ENCODE HG17 Targeted Tiling Array. For a a higher throughput, lower cost solution for testing the quality of DNA Methylation samples before moving to large-scale studies, or for screening focused targeted regions of interest, the 4x72K ENCODE HG17 Targeted Tiling Array is available.
