The Rat DNA Methylation 3x720K CpG Island Plus RefSeq Promoter is a multiplex slide with 3 identical arrays per slide enabling the simultaneous analysis of 3 DNA Methylation samples for increased sample throughput. These arrays cover the annotated CpG islands as well as the promoters of the well characterized RefSeq genes derived from the UCSC RefFlat files. The Rat DNA Methylation 385K Promoter - 2 Array Set provides the most comprehensive tool for genome-wide mapping of transcriptional regulatory elements including all RefSeq genes, the Mammalian Gene Collection, and UCSC known genes to encompass the most comprehensive list of transcripts available.
