DNA Labeling Kits
Roche NimbleGen DNA Labeling kits are designed for convenient and efficient labeling of DNA samples prior to hybridization to NimbleGen microarrays for CGH/CNV, CGX, ChIP-chip, DNA Methylation(dual –color applications), and Gene Expression analyses (single color application). The kits are based on Cy3- or Cy5-random priming and use a high concentration of exo- Klenow, lacking both proofreading (3’→ 5’) and nick translation(5’ → 3’) nuclease activities, to incorporate dNTPs while replicating the DNA.
When used in combination with the NimbleGen Hybridization and Wash Buffer kits, the DNA Labeling Kits help to ensure high signal-to-noise ratios and highly sensitive signals for the NimbleGen microarray applications.
- Dual-Color DNA Labeling Kits provide reagents for all dual–color applications currently offered by NimbleGen (CGH/CNV, CGX, DNA Methylation, and ChIP-chip).
- One-Color DNA Labeling Kits provide reagents for performing labeling of cDNA for gene expression analysis using NimbleGen microarrays.
