Applications

The NimbleGen Elution System (shown abpve) is used in conjunction with an Elution Chamber (provided separately with each NimbleGen Sequence Capture array) to facilitate the elution of enriched DNA from the surface of a NimbleGen Sequence Capture array following hybridization and washing procedures.

The Elution System Retaining Ring secures the Elution Chamber and array firmly against the surface of the Elution System Base, while the Elution System Base conducts heat to the array surface to release captured DNA from the oligonucleotide probes and into solution.
