Delivery WorkflowDelivery Workflow - Customers can purchase catalog arrays or custom arrays from NimbleGen and perform the array experiments at their own laboratories or core facilities. NimbleGen arrays are synthesized on standard-sized glass microscope slides and are compatible with a range of hybridization, washing and scanning instrumentation. NimbleGen provides a complete user’s guide to support customers with sample processing, array hybridization, scanning, data extraction and analysis.

Service WorkflowService Workflow - Microarray and SeqCap EZ Services are offered through two different channels:

  • Certified Service Providers (CSPs) allow you to obtain local local NimbleGen Array Services through the use of a CSP in your region. Our CSPs have undergone extensive training and a rigorous certification procedure in order to deliver you the highest-quality data! We currently have CSPs in Brazil, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Korea, Netherlands, Taiwan, Turkey, the UK and the US.
  • NimbleGen Service is performed in-house at our processing facility in Iceland. Highly trained biologists manufacture, hybridize, scan, and do a preliminary analysis of your array. There's no need for you to train your lab personnel in highly specialized techniques or scale up your capital purchases to do spotting in-house. To order NimbleGen Service find an array design in our product catalog that has a service option and contact your local sales representative to place your order.
