C. elegans Gene Expression Arrays
The C. elegans Gene Expression 12x135K Array allows you to conveniently and simultaneously hybridize 12 independent samples on each slide. This microarray format combines a multiplex option with the unique combination of high-probe density and long-oligonucleotide probes to provide an ideal platform for sensitive and accurate whole-transcriptome analysis that can identify differentially regulated mRNAs. C. elegans Gene Expression 385K Arrays are single array designs that enable you to accurately and conveniently perform whole-genome expression profiling on this important model organism. With the C. elegans Gene Expression 4x72K Array four individual samples may be hybridized and analyzed simultaneously on each array with 72,000 probes.
