Human ChIP-chip Targeted Arrays
Our 4x72K ENCODE HG17 Targeted Tiling Array design offers a higher throughput, lower cost solution for testing the quality of ChIP-chip samples before moving to large-scale studies, or for screening focused targeted regions of interest, for up to 4 independent samples per slide. The 385K Non-Coding RNA Targeted Tiling Array interrogates promoters of non-coding RNAs. In addition we offer two 385K Human designs that target ENCODE regions: the 385K ENCODE HG18 Targeted Tiling Array and the 385K ENCODE HG17 Targeted Tiling Array.
