Array Design Consulting Services

Work with the NimbleGen team to design your own unique microarray or choose from our standard catalog designs. NimbleGen will assist you in the design of microarrays for your model organism.  These design services include experimental design consultation, DNA sequence quality control, optimal probe selection, and microarray layout and design.

in situ Synthesis-Based Microarray Manufacturing

The Maskless Array Synthesis system (MAS) produces high density, highly reproducible microarrays without the need for bulk DNA synthesis, library preparation, spotting, or robotics.  You no longer need to commit big budget resources on an untested experimental design, and design optimization becomes a matter of just a few experiments.

Sample Labeling and Hybridization

Our professional staff of molecular biologists will perform your hybridizations at our core facility. This service includes sample fragmentation, sample QC, and hybridization. Microarray Data Extraction and Analysis

Following hybridization, your microarray is scanned using NimbleGen's proprietary software suite. The data is extracted, normalized, and summarized in report form for you. Fast and simple.
